本书是广西大学中国—东盟研究院、中国—东盟区域发展研究协同创新中心的研究成果。全书共分五篇：第一篇是总报告《2016年中国—东盟合作回顾与展望》，分别从政治外交、经济、安全、军事、海上和文化各领域阐述中国和东盟双方的合作情况、成果及问题，并展望2017年的合作趋势。第二篇是中国与东盟各国2016年合作的报告，包括对该国政治、经济、外交、社会、文化等各领域当年情况的简评和重要事件的分析，中国与该东盟国家在各个领域合作的评析以及对2017年双方合作的展望。第三篇是中国和东盟2016年合作的专题报告，包括中国与东盟在经贸、金融、生态环境、教育等领域的合作、中国—东盟博览会、广西和东盟合作的报告以及中国和东盟建立对话伙伴关系25周年回顾与思考、RCEP进展与东盟的角色、“一带一路”倡议在东盟国家的实施等专题研究。第四篇是对2016年东南亚地区热点问题的评析，内容包括澜湄合作进展、越南新一届政府国内外政策走向、马来西亚政局及其对中资企业的影响、中国在柬埔寨的电力投资、杜特尔特访华与中菲关系、后TPP时代新加坡的选择、泰国皇权更替、缅甸民族武装冲突、文莱“2035宏愿”等。第五篇是大事记，包括2016年中国—东盟合作大事记、东盟大事记、东盟各国大事记和广西—东盟合作大事记。附录的21张统计表格涵盖东盟经济最新概况、中国和东盟经贸、投资合作数据以及中国各省（区）对东盟的贸易数据，内容丰富。

This book is a research result of the China-ASEAN Research Institute and the China-ASEAN Collaborative Innovation Centre for Regional Development Research of Guangxi University.The book is divided into five parts: the first is a general report, "Review and Prospect of China-ASEAN Co-operation in 2016", which describes the cooperation between China and ASEAN sides, achievements and problems in various fields of politics and diplomacy, economy, security, military, maritime and culture, respectively, and looks forward to the trend of co-operation in 2017.The second is a report on China's cooperation with ASEAN countries in 2016, including a brief review of the country's situation for the year and analyses of important events in various fields such as politics, economy, diplomacy, society, culture, etc., a review of China's cooperation with that ASEAN country in various fields, and an outlook on the cooperation between the two sides in 2017.The third part is a thematic report on the cooperation between China and ASEAN in 2016, including the cooperation between China and ASEAN in the fields of economy and trade, finance, ecology and environment, education, etc., the China-ASEAN Expo, the report on the cooperation between Guangxi and ASEAN, as well as the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the dialogue partnership between China and ASEAN, and the progress of the RCEP and the role of ASEAN,"Belt and Road" Initiative in ASEAN countries, and other thematic studies.The fourth part is a review of the hot issues in Southeast Asia in 2016, including the progress of the Lancang cooperation, the domestic and foreign policy direction of the new Vietnamese government, the political situation in Malaysia and its impact on Chinese enterprises, China's power investment in Cambodia, Duterte's visit to China and China-Philippines relations, Singapore's options in the post-TPP era, the change of power in Thailand, the armed conflict in Myanmar, and the "2035 Ambition" of Brunei Darussalam."2035 Ambition" and so on.The fifth part is a chronology of events, including 2016 China-ASEAN Co-operation Events, ASEAN Events, ASEAN Countries Events and Guangxi-ASEAN Co-operation Events.The 21 statistical tables in the appendix cover the latest overview of the ASEAN economy, data on economic, trade and investment cooperation between China and ASEAN, as well as trade data of Chinese provinces (regions) with ASEAN, which is rich in content.
