Finance and trade influence and are interconnected throughout the economic system. This book focuses on the interrelationship between financial development and international trade, using a general to special research perspective, first examining and comparing the world's major economies (including emerging markets), and then turning to the Chinese case for empirical analysis. Through theoretical research and empirical testing, it can be found that China has basically achieved benign interaction with international trade in terms of financial scale, but financial efficiency still needs to be improved.
