本书从艺术特质这一艺术范畴出发，以两汉诗学接受为中心，省思中国抒情传统，讨论与诠释两汉诗学在中国抒情传统构筑中扮演的角色以及中国抒情美典多面向的变迁。中国抒情传统不应该成为一个单线索的“超概括”，它不能以一个面向概括中国抒情美学多面向的变迁。抒情传统是理解或评论中国文学的一个重要维度，但它只是平行研究视域下中国文学的一个异质性层面。中国抒情传统要在艺术特质层面阐释，而不能升华到艺术本质范畴。艺术特质是省思中国抒情传统论的有效凭借。

Starting from the artistic category of artistic characteristics, this book focuses on the reception of the poetics of the Two Han Dynasties, reflects on the Chinese lyrical tradition, discusses and interprets the role of the two Chinese poetics in the construction of the Chinese lyrical tradition, and the multi-faceted changes of Chinese lyrical beauty. The Chinese lyrical tradition should not become a single-thread "super-generalization", it cannot summarize the multi-faceted changes of Chinese lyrical aesthetics in one aspect. The lyrical tradition is an important dimension in understanding or commenting on Chinese literature, but it is only a heterogeneous aspect of Chinese literature from the perspective of parallel research. The Chinese lyrical tradition needs to be interpreted at the level of artistic characteristics, and cannot be sublimated to the category of artistic essence. Artistic qualities are an effective basis for reflecting on the Chinese lyrical tradition.
