With the acceleration and expansion of a new round of industrial revolution with digitalization, intelligence and networking as the core characteristics, the new information infrastructure with 5G and F5G gigabit fixed networks as the main body has gradually become the commanding height of industrial competition between countries. However, there are deficiencies in the understanding of the strategy and development mechanism of the new generation fixed network (F5G gigabit fixed network), which constitutes the key wing of China's new information infrastructure.
