This book constitutes the proceedings of the 7th China-CEE High-Level Think Tank Symposium to be held in October 2021, which is jointly organised by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), the Secretariat of China-CEE Cooperation and the China Foundation for International Studies (CFIS), and hosted by the Institute of European Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (IES), the China-Central and Eastern European Countries Think Tank Exchange and Cooperation Network, and the Institute of Diplomatic Studies of the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.The book brings together 15 relevant English-language academic articles by think tanks, university scholars and government officials from China and Central and Eastern European countries, which provide in-depth discussion and research on China-CEE cooperation policies, current situation and future development prospects, with topics including: 1.
