《当代中国社会组织治理研究》根据作者前期已发表学术论文整理而成。分为“社会组织行政化”、“社会组织政策参与”、“社会组织监管”“境外非政府组织管理”、“慈善组织规制”5个专题。十八大以来，我们党一直重视“强化和完善社会组织在社会治理中的积极作用”，着力推进社会治理体系和治理能力现代化。上述研究成果与这一政治背景是相吻合的。

Research on the Governance of Social Organizations in Contemporary China is based on the author's previous academic papers. It is divided into five topics: “Administrativeization of Social Organizations”, “Policy Participation of Social Organizations”, “Regulation of Social Organizations”, “Management of Overseas Non-Governmental Organizations”, and “Regulation of Charitable Organizations”. It is divided into five topics: “Administrativeization of Social Organizations”, “Policy Participation of Social Organizations”, “Regulation of Social Organizations”, “Management of Overseas Non-governmental Organizations”, “Regulation of Charity Organizations”. Since the 18th National Congress, the Party has been focusing on “strengthening and improving the positive role of social organizations in social governance”, and striving to promote the modernization of the social governance system and governance capacity. The above research results are consistent with this political background.
