Research on the Exercise and Protection of State Ownership is the final result of the project of the National Social Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Project No. 04AFX004, which attempts to explore the exercise and protection of state ownership from the perspective of institutional science. The book consists of fifteen chapters, including legal persons in public law, property ownership of legal persons in public law, analysis of power, change of ownership, protection of ownership, and investor system of state-owned enterprises.
