本研究依据“情境感知-心理认知-外显行为”的分析框架,根据社会认知理论、社会交换理论和情境强度理论的核心观点,实证检验了角色宽度自我效能感在三种不同指向信任与主动性行为之间的中介效应,以及工作自主性在角色宽度自我效能感与主动性工作行为之间的调节效应。
Based on the analytical framework of "situational perception-psychological cognition-explicit behavior", this study empirically examines the mediating effect of role-width self-efficacy between trust and active behavior in three different directions, and the moderating effect of work autonomy between role-width self-efficacy and active work behavior based on the core perspectives of social cognition theory, social exchange theory and situational intensity theory.
