On the basis of combing the historical materials of exchanges between Chinese and Latin American overseas students, this book deeply studies the achievements and existing problems of exchanges between Chinese and Latin American overseas students, and puts forward policy suggestions on the structure and layout of China's talent training in Latin America in combination with the "going out" and "Belt and Road" initiatives of Chinese enterprises, which has overall strategic significance and great practical value for giving play to the role of Latin American talents in people-to-people exchanges and politics and economic trade between China and Latin America, and further promoting comprehensive cooperation between China and Latin America.
