Introduction to 2017 China Development Report on Online Public Opinion of Food Safety
The book comprehensively uses public opinion theory, communication, psychology, sociology, management and other discipline theories, on the basis of analyzing the basic characteristics and development trend of public opinion events in all channels of food safety in China's food industry in 2015, taking the large-scale questionnaire survey in February and March 2016 as the main basis, mainly using different theoretical methods to study the communication mechanism and guidance and supervision mechanism of public opinion in all channels of food safety from different perspectives, and analyze the concerns of netizens on food safety. The irrational behavior of netizens in the public opinion of all channels of food safety and the cognition and evaluation of the reliability and safety of food purchased online. On this basis, the evolution mechanism of public opinion in all channels of food safety, the influence of media on public opinion communication, the guidance and decision-making mechanism of public opinion supervision in all channels of food safety are discussed in depth.
