本书从效率和生产率视角研究中国经济增长质量、绿色发展及地区差距问题，探讨中国经济增长的速度、效率、结构与效益之间的关系，以期达到在稳增长中提升质量效益，在低碳转型中推动绿色发展，在促进改革中实现区域协调发展的目的。本书主要包括三个方面的内容：一是中国经济增长质量研究。采用SFA方法测算经济增长效率，考察对外经济开放度、金融发展、人力资本、人力资本结构等因素对经济增长效率的影响。二是中国绿色经济绩效研究。从区域、产业等不同视角，采用绿色GDP估算、SBM-Undesirable模型、ML生产率指数等多种研究方法对节能减排约束下的中国绿色经济绩效进行分析。三是中国地区经济差距研究。主要研究中国地区经济差距的演变轨迹及其来源分解问题。

This book studies the quality of China's economic growth, green development and regional disparities from the perspectives of efficiency and productivity, and explores the relationship between the speed, efficiency, structure and effectiveness of China's economic growth, with a view to achieving the objectives of improving quality and efficiency in steady growth, promoting green development in low-carbon transformation and achieving coordinated regional development in promoting reform. The book covers three main aspects: first, the study of the quality of China's economic growth. It adopts the SFA method to measure economic growth efficiency, and examines the impact of foreign economic openness, financial development, human capital, human capital structure and other factors on economic growth efficiency. The second is the study of China's green economy performance. From different perspectives, such as region and industry, various research methods, such as green GDP estimation, SBM-Undesirable model, ML productivity index, etc., are used to analyse China's green economic performance under the constraint of energy saving and emission reduction. Third, the study of China's regional economic gap. It mainly studies the evolutionary trajectory of China's regional economic gap and its source decomposition.
