本书应用系统论、耦合理论和发展经济学的方法，从理论和实证两方面对中国经济增长数量、质量和效益的不一致性的形成机理与演进轨迹进行了系统分析。运用耦合模型和投影寻踪模型对1978—2014年间中国经济增长数量、质量和效益的不一致性进行定量测度，并进行了跨国比较研究。在对制度、要素、技术等多维复合因素考察的基础上，提出了实现中国经济增长数量、质量和效益相耦合的机制、路径和政策。

This book applies the methods of systems theory, coupling theory and development economics to systematically analyze the formation mechanism and evolution trajectory of the inconsistency of the quantity, quality and efficiency of China's economic growth from both theoretical and empirical aspects. The coupling model and the projection tracing model were used to quantitatively measure the inconsistency of the quantity, quality and efficiency of China's economic growth from 1978 to 2014, and a cross-country comparative study was carried out. On the basis of the investigation of multi-dimensional composite factors such as system, factors and technology, the mechanism, path and policy to achieve the coupling of quantity, quality and benefit of China's economic growth are proposed.
