Ten Lectures on Social Governance in China
This book breaks away from the excessive focus of existing studies on the static social governance institutional policy system and seeks to realise the dynamic equilibrium of the social governance pattern based on the definition and reshaping of the "relationship" among the multiple subjects of the "social governance for building, ruling and sharing".Instead, it seeks to define and reshape the "relationship" between multiple subjects based on "building and sharing social governance" in order to achieve the dynamic equalisation of the social governance pattern. Therefore, the term "co-construction" points to the network aggregation of stakeholders; the term "shared governance" is characterised by the "participation, consultation and cooperation" of stakeholders; and the term "sharing" is manifested as the "participation, consultation and cooperation" of stakeholders.Sharing" manifests itself in the allocation of resources and differential "satisfaction" of stakeholders.Through the behavioural interaction of "co-construction, co-rule and sharing" among multiple stakeholders, the six elements of social governance - environmental elements (public security system), endogenous elements (psychosocial service system), pivot elements (community governance), kernel elements (people's political rights), and instrumental elements (diversified provision of public services) - are ultimately made possible,The scale element (evaluation of the degree of experience of "good life") - presents a balanced and orderly state.
