The history of friendly exchanges between China and Iran and the reality of mutual needs have laid a solid foundation for jointly building"the Belt and Road, and make Iran a key node country in“the Belt and Road”construction. Sino-Iranian bilateral economies are highly complementary,having a long-term basis for cooperation and common development needs. These conditions are favorable for building the“Belt and Road”. The establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Iran takes Sino-Iranian relations to a new height and brings new opportunities for jointly build“the Belt and Road”. There are serious practical problems during jointly build“the Belt and Road”now. The difficulties and risks can not be ignored.
