本书从“中国式创新”这一热点问题切入，分析了中国企业创新的基本路径与成因，并选择重点创新模式，对典型企业的创新实践进行深入分析，总结不同创新道路的特点。同时从技术创新和制度创新相互作用的角度，研究改革开放以来中国企业创新政策的演化，试图为未来创新政策的科学化、精准化制定和实施提供依据，并站在新的历史起点，为未来中国企业创新提出具体建议。
Starting from the hot issue of "Chinese-style innovation", this book analyzes the basic path and causes of innovation of Chinese enterprises, selects key innovation models, conducts in-depth analysis of the innovation practices of typical enterprises, and summarizes the characteristics of different innovation paths. At the same time, from the perspective of the interaction between technological innovation and institutional innovation, this paper studies the evolution of Chinese enterprise innovation policies since the reform and opening up, tries to provide a basis for the scientific and precise formulation and implementation of future innovation policies, and puts forward specific suggestions for future Chinese enterprise innovation from a new historical starting point.
