This book is a treatise on criminal law aimed at commemorating the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China, which is jointly launched by the Key Discipline of Criminal Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and some of the colleagues in the domestic criminal law field.The book is divided into five sections: "Review of China's Criminal Law in the 70 Years since the Founding of New China" "Social Changes and Expansion of Criminal Law" "Improvement of Crime-Penalty Relationship and Penal Structure""Frontier Issues of Cybercrime", "Criminal Integration and Three-dimensional Criminal Law", each of which selects a number of representative works.The title of the book Social Change and the Evolution of Criminal Law Knowledge suggests that it echoes our previous books Criminal Law Development in a Changing Society and Social Change and the New Era of Criminal Law Science, initially constituting a trilogy of studies on the theme of "Social Change and the Development of Criminal Law".Of course, there is no limit to social change and the development of criminal law, and the academic community's attention to this topic should be continuous and uninterrupted.
