《中国资产评估监管制度安排与效率研究》从目前国内外资产评估监管的现状和已有的监管理论及文献出发，以分析资产评估监管现行模式运行、市场表现、存在问题及政策供给为路径，以促进我国资本市场和资产评估行业健康发展、维护社会公众利益为*终目的。全书系统分析了当前我国评估行业及其监管的现状和存在问题，并梳理了资产评估监管方面的研究文献，提出了本研究的内容结构和研究方法。重点研究了我国资产评估行业监管的内外部环境、影响因素以及虚假评估的显特征等问题，旨在探究我国评估行业监管存在的显性和隐性问题及其产生的内在机理，为中国评估监管模式的改进和政策建议的提出奠定基础。后，在借鉴国外先进的监管体制设计优点和监管经验、发展趋势以及我国国情的基础上，针对性地提出完善我国资产评估监管模式的政策建议。
Research on Institutional Arrangements and Efficiency of Asset Appraisal Regulation in China starts from the current situation of asset appraisal regulation at home and abroad and the existing regulatory theories and literatures, and analyzes the operation of the current model of asset appraisal regulation, market performance, problems and policy supply as the path to promote the healthy development of China's capital market and the asset appraisal industry, and safeguard the interests of the public as the *final* purpose. The book systematically analyzes the current situation and problems of China's appraisal industry and its regulation, and combs through the research literature on asset appraisal regulation, proposing the content structure and research methodology of this study. It focuses on the internal and external environments, influencing factors, and apparent characteristics of false appraisal in the regulation of China's asset appraisal industry, aiming to explore the apparent and hidden problems in the regulation of China's appraisal industry and the internal mechanism of their emergence, and to lay the foundation for the improvement of China's appraisal regulation model and the formulation of policy recommendations. Afterwards, based on the advantages of foreign advanced regulatory system design and regulatory experience, development trends and China's national conditions, policy recommendations for improving China's asset appraisal regulatory model will be put forward in a targeted manner.
