This is an academic research group that aims to explore the institutional direction and implementation path of the reform and development of China's "three rural areas", and believes that the community-based comprehensive farmers' cooperative organization (comprehensive agricultural cooperative) and the agricultural cooperative system supported by the policy are important directions for the reform of the "three rural areas". This research group began in 2002 when the research group of the Social Policy Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences conducted a social policy experiment on "rural community health services" in Luochuan, Shaanxi Province.
