本书是2021年10月份召开的第七届中国—中东欧国家高级别智库研讨会的会议论文集，本届会议由由中国社会科学院、中国—中东欧国家合作秘书处和中国国际问题研究基金会联合主办，中国社会科学院欧洲研究所、中国—中东欧国家智库交流与合作网络、保加利亚外交部外交研究所承办。该书汇集了中国及中东欧国家智库、高校学者及政府官员的相关英文学术文章15篇，对中国—中东欧国家合作政策、现状及未来发展前景进行了深入探讨和研究，主题包括：1.中国—中东欧国家合作平台、机制和相关政策；2.后疫情时代中国—中东欧国家合作潜力发觉；3.中国与中东欧国家在绿色、数字转型等方面合作前景。

作者简介

（保）瓦伦丁·卡特兰吉耶夫:（主编）

Dr. Valentin Katrandzhiev has been working with the Bulgarian Diplomatic Institute （BDI）in areas of strategic research and diplomatic training since 2008. He has been a member of China-CEEC Think Tanks Network since foundation in 2015. Valentin heads a research unit in the BDI on China studies. He has also represented the BDI in the Executive Academic Board of the European Security and Defence College in Brussels since 2012. Within the BDI strategic research framework he also covers topics of EU Common Foreign and Security Policy, energy diplomacy and security. Apart from his current work with the Diplomatic Institute, Dr. Katrandzhiev has been serving as a visiting professor at several Bulgarian Universities.

刘作奎:（主编）

Liu Zuokui，PhD in History （2005），Research Fellow and Deputy Director of the Institute of European Studies，Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Now he is also the Secretary General of the China-CEEC Think Tanks Network and Vice President of China-CEE Institute.刘作奎，历史学博士，研究员，博士研究生导师，中国社会科学院欧洲研究所副所长，创新工程项目首席专家，“百千万人才工程国家级人选”“有突出贡献中青年专家”，兼任中国—中东欧国家智库交流与合作网络秘书长、中国—中东欧研究院（布达佩斯）副院长、中国社会科学院希腊中国研究中心执行主任，主要研究领域为中欧关系、欧美关系、中东欧问题以及中国—中东欧国家合作等。

鞠维伟:（主编）

Ju Weiwei，Vice-director of department of Central and Eastern European，associated Professor，Institute of European Studies，Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Now he is also the Managing Director of China-CEE Institute.
