王宁（1955—）先生不仅是我国外国文学和比较文学界的领军人物，而且也是当今中国人文学科最为杰出的西方文学理论家、文化学者和文化活动家之一。他的学术建树不仅体现于对西方现当代文学理论的引进、研究和批判性应用等方面，还体现在多年来他对中国文学与文化的不懈关注和在海外的推广。2015年欣逢王宁先生六十寿辰，我们借此机会组织编写了这一文集。本文集兼顾学术性、纪念性和趣味性，题材、体裁多样，分为上下两编。上编为学术性论文集，内容主要包括对王宁先生的学术贡献、治学之路和治学方法的探讨和对其著作的评述；下编主要包括有关王宁先生教书育人方面的随笔、散文或者访谈等回忆性文章。

Mr. Wang Ning (1955- ) is not only a leading figure in the field of foreign literature and comparative literature in China, but also one of the most outstanding theorists, cultural scholars and cultural activists in the field of Chinese literature today. His academic achievements are not only reflected in the introduction, research and critical application of Western modern and contemporary literary theories, but also in his unremitting attention to Chinese literature and culture over the years and its promotion overseas. In 2015, on the occasion of Mr. Wang Ning's 60th birthday, we took this opportunity to organize and compile this anthology. This collection of essays is academic, commemorative and interesting, with a variety of themes and genres, and is divided into two parts. It is a collection of academic papers, mainly including the discussion of Mr. Wang Ning's academic contributions, academic path and academic methods, and comments on his works; The following series mainly includes essays, essays or interviews on Mr. Wang Ning's teaching and education and other reminiscence articles.
