This book applies the frontier theory of financial and economic cycles to the study of China's economic volatility, combining China's economic realities and institutional characteristics, and discusses the impact of different economic sectors on China's economic volatility under the effect of financial frictions.The results of the study fully indicate that financial frictions play an important role in the transmission process of China's economic fluctuations, which provides a new perspective for understanding and analysing the real China's economic fluctuation problem, and at the same time provides some policy insights for the government to calm down the macroeconomic fluctuations and enhance the effect of macro-control.
