陈梦根，北京师范大学国民核算研究院教授、博士生导师，货币与金融统计研究中心主任，国家社会科学基金重大项目首席专家。2011年12月入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”；2006年3月获得教育部“霍英东教育基金会青年教师基金”；2004年7月入选辽宁省“新世纪百千万人才工程”。
