本书汇集了中国对外援助领域的专家学者收集整理并分析的14个中国对外援助案例。每篇案例研究在对中国对外援助项目的概况、特点、效果进行介绍的基础上，着重分析了中国对外援助的南南合作特征，体现了新兴市场国家在援助理念、援助原则、援助方式以及援助效应等方面与传统援助国的不同。本书是中国国际发展研究网络（China International Development Research Network，CIDRN）积极参与南南合作研究网络（Network of Southern Think-Tanks，NeST）有关新兴市场国家南南发展合作研究的阶段性成果。

This book brings together 14 Chinese foreign aid cases collected and analyzed by experts and scholars in the field of Chinese foreign aid. Based on the overview, characteristics and effects of China's foreign aid projects, each case study focuses on the characteristics of South-South cooperation in China's foreign aid, reflecting the differences between emerging market countries and traditional donors in terms of aid concepts, principles, aid methods and aid effects. This book is a phased result of the China International Development Research Network (CIDRN) actively participating in the South-South development cooperation research of emerging market countries in the Network of Southern Think-Tanks (NeST).
