为了深入了解当前中国“走出去”企业在斯里兰卡面临的问题和困难以及他们在斯里兰卡真实的生存环境，了解当地员工对中资企业的看法，云南大学组织开展了“‘一带一路’沿线国家中资企业和劳动力调查”，对斯里兰卡二十多家中资企业和七百名斯里兰卡员工展开调查，围绕在斯中资企业的建立与引资情况、在斯中资企业生产经营状况和本地化发展的问题与困难、中资企业在斯里兰卡的形象树立、企业社会责任承担与实施情况、东道国员工的个人经历和家庭情况、职业经历、对中国企业的看法和期待、对中国国家形象的认知、对中国软实力的认可等做了详细问答和数据收集。基于此调查，本书在呈现一手而鲜活的数据的基础上，以量化的方式客观分析了“一带一路”框架下斯里兰卡中资企业的现状、斯里兰卡的营商环境、中斯关系的变迁和影响因素，并对在斯中资企业未来的投资和发展提出建议。
In order to deeply understand the problems and difficulties faced by Chinese enterprises going out in Sri Lanka and their real living environment in Sri Lanka, as well as to understand the views of local employees on Chinese-funded enterprises, Yunnan University organised a survey on Chinese-funded enterprises and workforce in countries along the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).The survey focuses on the establishment of Chinese-funded enterprises in Sri Lanka and their attraction of capital, the production and operation status of Chinese-funded enterprises in Sri Lanka and the problems and difficulties of local development, the image of Chinese-funded enterprises in Sri Lanka, the assumption and implementation of corporate social responsibility, and the views of host country employees on Chinese-funded enterprises.The survey included detailed questions and answers and data collection on the establishment and attraction of Chinese enterprises in Sri Lanka, production and operation situation of Chinese enterprises in Sri Lanka, problems and difficulties in localisation development, image building of Chinese enterprises in Sri Lanka, corporate social responsibility, personal and family experience of host country employees, career experience, views and expectations of Chinese enterprises, perception of China's national image, and recognition of China's soft power.Based on this survey, this book presents first-hand and vivid data, quantitatively and objectively analyses the current situation of Chinese enterprises in Sri Lanka under the framework of "Belt and Road", the business environment in Sri Lanka, the changes in Sino-Sri Lankan relations and the factors affecting them, and makes suggestions for the future investment and development of Chinese enterprises in Sri Lanka.
