中资企业非洲履行社会责任报告：英文

内容简介

企业社会责任，作为企业实现社会功能的重要渠道，是中资企业与非洲当地市场、社会、环境等利益相关方建立良性互动的有效平台。提升中资企业履责水平是践行正确义利观，实现中非互利共赢合作，打造“中非命运共同体”的重要方面和具体路径。本报告首先对企业社会责任的概念和内涵进行了阐释，回顾了非洲社会责任发展历程，介绍了海外中资企业履责现状，结合新时代中非合作的特点分析了中资企业非洲履责的重要性。通过展示优秀企业案例和成功履责经验，报告从市场责任、社会责任、环境责任、责任管理四个方面对中资企业非洲履责实践进行归纳总结。最后，报告针对企业履责实践中存在的不足，从政府企业和其他行为体的角度提出了建议和意见。

作者简介

李新烽:（著）

Li Xinfeng， deputy director，researcher，and doctoral supervisor of the Institute of West-Asian and African Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS)，has published more than 20 academic papers and works such as China in Africa (Chinese and English version) and Zheng He and Africa. As a former chief reporter of People's Daily in South Africa，he left his footprint all over the African continent. He has earned more than ten national awards，including China News Award (2006 & 2017)，the first prize of the CASS Award for the Excellence in Countermeasure Studies (2012 &2016) and China-Africa Joint Exchange Program Research Award (2013 & 2016).

Lian Mingxiang:（著）

Lian Mingxiang， senior engineer，and deputy director of the Division for International Cooperation of China Petrochemical Corporation(Sinopec group)，graduated in 1991 from Tongji University with a bachelor's degree in marine geology，and obtained his Master of Business Administration from Nanjing University in 2000. He used to serve as manager of Branch Company (Nigeria) of Sinopec International Petroleum Exploration and Development Co. LTD from 2003 to 2011，and deputy director of the Bureau of Foreign Affairs of Sinopec Group from 2012 to 2017.

Zhong Hongwu:（著）

Zhong Hongwu， director of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences(CASS)；Secretary General of China Social Responsibility 100 Forum；Doctor of Management from the Department of industrial economics of the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He served as a leading researcher in over 20 research projects on CSR supported by the National Development and Reform Commission，State Council State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission，and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China. He has visited many African countries and regions like South Africa，Sudan，Zambia，Zimbabwe，and Ethiopia for the study of CSR. He has published over 40 monographs，including Guidelines for Writing CSR Reports，Corporate Social Responsibility Management and over 50 research articles.

Meng Jin:（著）

Meng Jin， Assistant researcher of the Institute of West-Asian and African Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences(CASS)；Doctor of Political Science from University Jean Moulin Lyon 3，France. Her major publications include the following：The Role of the International Organization of Francophonie in the Conflicts Management in Africa；Development and Integration of Africa：New Dimension of China-Africa Cooperation；Climate Security and Climate Governance：Redefinition of Politics， and so on. She participated in CASS research project，“Socialism in Africa：Theoretical and Practical Exploration”. She also visited Mali，Cote d'Ivoire and Senegal to carry out field research and to have in-depth discussion with the local governmental officials and the principals of the Chinese enterprises in Africa.
