本书系第四次中国—中东欧国家高级别智库研讨会会议论文集。本书对中国和中东欧合作的现状和未来做了有理有据的分析，分别介绍了“16+1合作”如何助力“一带一路”建设、未来五年如何推动“16+1合作”行稳致远、“16+1合作”如何推动中欧更加紧密合作。与会专家学者系统梳理了过去取五年“16+1合作”所取得的成就，并全面、深入地探讨了未来五年合作的发展前景。与会代表一致认为，“16+1合作”过去五年的成果丰硕，契合中国和中东欧各自发展需求，具有较强的发展动力。未来五年，双方在经贸、投资等领域仍有较大的发展潜力。

This book is a collection of the proceedings of the Fourth China-CEEC High-level Think Tank Symposium. This book provides a well-founded analysis of the current situation and future of cooperation between China and CEE, introducing how the "16+1 cooperation" will help the construction of the "Belt and Road", how to promote the "16+1 cooperation" in the next five years, and how the "16+1 cooperation" will promote closer cooperation between China and the EU. The participating experts and scholars systematically sorted out the achievements of the "16+1 cooperation" in the past five years, and comprehensively and deeply discussed the development prospects of the cooperation in the next five years. The participants unanimously agreed that the "16+1 cooperation" has achieved fruitful results in the past five years, which meets the respective development needs of China and Central and Eastern Europe, and has strong development momentum. In the next five years, the two sides still have great development potential in the fields of economy, trade and investment.
