始自2010年底的中东剧变使中东地区地缘政治发生剧烈变化，中东地区国际关系面临新挑战和新机遇。鉴此，本书从四个方面的研究视角，体现中东国际关系的新变化、新特点与新趋势。“域外大国与中东国家关系”专题述评了中东地区权力格局的新变化，以及美、俄、印对中东政策的调整；“中东国家的对外战略与政策”专题评析了中东地区大国如埃及、土耳其、沙特对外关系的新举措；“国际关系视角下的中东移民问题”专题正视该地区移民尤其是难民问题的困境，并提出解决路径：“中国和中东关系及‘一带一路’建设”专题基于中国视角，论述了中国在中东推进“一带一路”倡议的对接、挑战与对策建议。

The drastic changes in the Middle East since the end of 2010 have brought about drastic changes in the geopolitics of the Middle East, and international relations in the Middle East are facing new challenges and opportunities. In view of this, this book reflects the new changes, new characteristics and new trends of international relations in the Middle East from the perspective of four aspects. The special topic "Relations between Extraregional Powers and Middle East Countries" reviews the new changes in the power structure in the Middle East and the adjustment of the Middle East policy of the United States, Russia and India. The topic "Foreign Strategy and Policy of Middle East Countries" reviews the new foreign relations of major countries in the Middle East such as Egypt, Turkey and Saudi Arabia; The theme of "Middle East Migration from the Perspective of International Relations" squarely addresses the plight of migrants, especially refugees, in the region, and proposes a solution path: the theme of "China-Middle East Relations and the Construction of the Belt and Road Initiative" discusses the docking, challenges and countermeasures of China's promotion of the "Belt and Road" initiative in the Middle East based on China's perspective.
