内容简介

一、《中国法学文摘》由中国社会科学院法学研究所《法学研究》编辑部摘选编辑，由中国社会科学出版社出版发行。2016年卷为《中国法学文摘》首卷。

二、《中国法学文摘》旨在从摘选者的角度，尝试对特定时间段内的法学论文成果进行学术价值的再发现。

三、《中国法学文摘2016》所摘论文的来源期刊，主要为“中文社会科学引文索引”所收录的21种法学类学术期刊和1种综合性社会科学期刊（《中国社会科学》）。

四、《中国法学文摘2016》设“本卷推荐”“精要摘编”和“论文提要”三个栏目。

　　“本卷推荐”摘选论文8篇，单篇文摘字数约10000字。

　　“精要摘编”“论文提要”参照二级学科发文占比大致确定论文摘选篇数。

　　法理学、法史学、宪法学、行政法学、民法学、商法经济法学、民事诉讼法学、刑法学、刑事诉讼法学和国际法学在“精要摘编”栏目的篇数分别为6、4、5、8、12、5、4、8、8、5篇；在“论文提要”栏目的篇数分别为12、8、10、14、18、10、9、16、14、12篇。

　　“精要摘编”单篇文摘字数约3000字，“论文提要”单篇文摘字数约300字。

五、绝大多数文摘是对原发论文的缩写或整理，少数文摘是摘取原发文章中的特定部分。

六、《中国法学文摘》首卷正式出版后，《法学研究》编辑部、中国社会科学出版社将组织会议专门研讨论文来源期刊范围和论文采选标准。

I. China Law Digest is selected and edited by the Editorial Board of Law Studies of the Institute of Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and published and distributed by China Social Science Press.The 2016 volume is the inaugural volume of China Law Digest.

Second, China Law Digest aims to try to rediscover the academic value of the results of law theses within a specific time period from the perspective of the abstractors.

The source journals of the papers summarized in China Law Digest 2016 are mainly 21 academic journals of law and one comprehensive social science journal (China Social Science) included in the Chinese Social Science Citation Index.

Fourth, “China Law Digest 2016” has three columns: “Recommendations of this volume”, “Abstracts” and “Abstracts”.

　　The “Recommendations of this volume” will include 8 selected papers, with a word count of about 10,000 words for each abstract.

　　The “Abstracts” and “Abstracts” will roughly determine the number of abstracts with reference to the proportion of papers issued by secondary disciplines.

　　Jurisprudence, legal history, constitutional law, administrative law, civil law, commercial law, economic law, civil procedure law, criminal law, criminal procedure law and international law in the “Abstracts” column of the number of articles were 6, 4, 5, 8, 12, 5, 4, 8, 8, 5, 4, 8, 8, 5; in the “Abstracts” section, the number of articles were 6, 4, 5, 5, 4, 8, 8, 8, 5; in the “Abstracts” column, the number of articles were about 10,000 words. The number of articles in the “Abstracts” section is 12, 8, 10, 14, 18, 10, 9, 16, 14 and 12 respectively.

　　The word count of a single abstract in “Abstracts” is about 3,000 words, and the word count of a single abstract in “Abstracts” is about 300 words.

Most of the abstracts are abbreviations or collations of the original papers, while a few abstracts are extracts of specific parts of the original articles.

After the official publication of the first volume of the Digest of Chinese Law, the editorial board of Legal Studies and the China Social Science Press will organize a meeting to discuss the scope of the source journals and the criteria for the selection of papers.
