Occupation and Society in Chinese History is a collection of papers from the 17th Annual Conference of the Chinese Society of Social History, focusing on the theme of “Occupation and Society in Chinese History”, and including more than twenty papers from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Nankai University, Fudan University, Xiamen University, Wuhan University, Sun Yat-sen University, and other colleges and research institutes.
