The book collects a total of 23 single papers on historical agricultural geography and urban-rural development research published since 1992, including theoretical thinking, agricultural production and urban-rural development, discusses the objects, contents and tasks of historical agricultural geography research, investigates the relevant issues of ancient agricultural production and urban-rural development in China from the perspective of historical geography, and draws some research conclusions that may be different from those of previous scholars.
