Egypt has a unique geographical location, rich human resources, multiple attributes such as Arab countries, African countries and Islamic countries, and has long pursued a pragmatic, pluralistic and balanced foreign policy, which has a decisive influence in Africa and the Middle East. The friendly exchanges between China and Egypt have a profound historical and practical foundation, and the two countries belong to the group of developing countries, share similar experiences, share a common destiny, and support each other in international affairs, which can be called a model of South-South cooperation. In the new era, China and Egypt have established a comprehensive strategic partnership, and the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" has injected new momentum and new opportunities into the in-depth cooperation between China and Egypt, and the relations between the two countries have leaped forward in an all-round way, focusing on high-quality policy communication, continuous development of facilities connectivity, steadily upgrading unimpeded trade, gradually deepening capital financing and increasingly close people-to-people bonds, etc., and the "Belt and Road" initiative and Egypt's "Vision 2030" strategic docking has steadily advanced. Against the backdrop of the transformation of the international system and the uncertain world in the world, China-Egypt cooperation is strategic, comprehensive, partnership, pioneering and exemplary. China-Egypt strategic cooperation is not only conducive to the development and stability of China and Egypt, but also conducive to peace and prosperity in Africa and the Middle East, and is an important practice of building a "community with a shared future for mankind". This report believes that the high-quality development of the China-Egypt strategic partnership requires, first, to promote the construction of a security environment with a new security concept and effectively prevent and respond to various security risks; Second, it is necessary to promote national capacity building with a new development concept, grasp the pulse of the digital economy era, and base on improving independent innovation capabilities; Third, it is necessary to take the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" as an opportunity to promote production capacity cooperation, promote Egypt's industrialization process, and achieve sustainable economic development; Fourth, it is necessary to expand the exchange mechanism between China and Egypt, establish multi-level communication channels, especially among young people, deepen goodwill, promote people-to-people bonds, and achieve a higher level, higher level and lasting development of China-Egypt relations.
