一提到审美形态，人们首先想到的便是西方那些标志性的经典形态，如悲剧、喜剧、优美、崇高、荒诞、丑，等等。中国有没有具有本民族特色（ID）的审美形态、如何提炼并确定具有中华民族特色的审美形态、如何建构互相识别的中西审美形态系统、中国审美形态的特质是什么，如此等等，本书对上述问题做出了理论思考。

When it comes to aesthetic forms, the first thing that comes to mind is the iconic classic forms of the West, such as tragedy, comedy, beauty, sublime, absurdity, ugliness, and so on. Whether China has an aesthetic form with its own national characteristics (ID), how to refine and determine the aesthetic form with Chinese national characteristics, how to construct a mutually recognized Chinese and Western aesthetic form system, what are the characteristics of Chinese aesthetic form, and so on, this book makes theoretical reflections on the above issues.
