Based on the study of the overall framework and main issues of the international development assistance management system of developed countries (such as organizational establishment issues, evaluation policies, innovative financing mechanisms, knowledge cooperation, etc.), this book specifically discusses the foreign aid and management of the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, and Japan, the top five donors of the OECD Development Assistance Committee (DAC), Norway and Sweden, and the multilateral donor European Union and South Korea, a new member of the DAC.
