非洲国家数字经济发展与中非合作（英文）

内容简介

随着以数字技术为代表的新一轮产业革命的到来，数字经济成为中非合作的重要领域。非洲在数字经济领域明显落后，在全球的地位主要是提供一个较具潜力的市场而已，亟需提升发展速度国际话语权。本书系国家智库报告，作者围绕非洲国家数字经济与中非合作这个主题，梳理了全球格局下非洲数字经济的发展脉络，阐述了非洲东部、南部、西部与北部数字经济的现状，剖析了非洲数字经济发展的潜力与路径，分析了非洲与欧美国家合作的困境，并研究了中非数字经济合作的现状及前景，最后，提出中非数字经济合作的对策建议。

With the advent of a new round of industrial revolution represented by digital technology, the digital economy has become an important area of cooperation between China and Africa.Africa is clearly lagging behind in the digital economy, and its position in the global arena is mainly to provide a more promising market, and there is an urgent need to enhance the international discourse on the pace of development.This book is a report by a national think tank, and the author focuses on the theme of digital economy and China-Africa cooperation in African countries, comprehends the development of Africa's digital economy in the global context, describes the current situation of Africa's digital economy in the East, the South, the West and the North, analyses the potentials and paths of Africa's digital economy, analyses the dilemmas of Africa's cooperation with the United States and Europe and examines the current situation and prospects of China-Africa digital economy cooperation.Finally, it puts forward countermeasure suggestions for China-Africa digital economy cooperation.
