本书是国家社科基金特别委托项目子项目成果。书稿除导论和后记之外，主体部分共九章：那曲县概况，那曲县经济发展与牧业发展状况，那曲县生态环境保护，那曲县社会事业发展，那曲县特色文化建设与交流及旅游发展，那曲县牧民和居民生活，那曲县宗教信仰状况及变化趋势，那曲县社会维稳与综合治理，典型案例调研分析。书稿在现有充分资料的基础上，对调研对象的基本情况、典型案例作了详尽介绍，同时予以形成原因等方面的学理分析，并提出改进的政策导向和微观措施的建议。
This book is the result of a sub-project of the Special Commissioned Project of the National Social Science Foundation. In addition to the introduction and afterword, the main part of the manuscript consists of nine chapters: overview of Nagqu County, economic development and pastoral development of Nagqu County, ecological environmental protection of Nagqu County, development of social undertakings of Nagqu County, construction and exchange of special culture and tourism development of Nagqu County, life of herdsmen and inhabitants of Nagqu County, religious beliefs of Nagqu County and their trends, social stability and comprehensive governance of Nagqu County, and research and analysis of typical cases. On the basis of the existing sufficient information, the booklet gives a detailed introduction to the basic situation of the research object and typical cases, and at the same time analyzes the causes of their formation and puts forward suggestions for improving the policy orientation and micro-measures.
