Through the study of the relationship between strategic ecology, institutional entrepreneurship and the growth of new enterprises, this book is of great significance for expanding and deepening strategic theory and institutional theory and guiding the practice of new enterprises. Firstly, this paper expands the research connotation of strategic ecology, clarifies the evolution law and decision-making mode of strategic ecology, emphasizes the important role of strategic groups in the evolution of strategic ecology, and promotes the research of strategic ecology theory. Secondly, the important role of institutional entrepreneurs and organizational fields in institutional entrepreneurship of new start-ups is explained, and the important role of institutional entrepreneurs in improving the performance of new enterprises is confirmed. On this basis, the influence mechanism of strategic ecology and institutional entrepreneurship on the growth of new enterprises is clarified, which has a good guiding role in how new enterprises formulate enterprise growth strategies and improve the efficiency of strategic decision-making.
