Iterative innovation is an emerging theme that has evolved in the Internet era, and it is an important initiative for enterprises to cope with the change of times and the change of economic forms.This book takes the process of iterative innovation as a research context, and explores the formation and evolution mechanism of enterprise-user interaction in the process of iterative innovation.Through the case analysis of small and micro enterprises in Haier Group's "Creator Commons", the importance of iterative innovation in the development of enterprise operations in the Internet era is identified, and the iterative innovation model is an important paradigm that meets the requirements of the development of the Internet era; the enterprise-user interaction is a powerful guarantee for the efficient realisation of the iterative innovation process, and both the enterprise and the user have to work together in order to achieve the best results.The enterprise and the user implement diverse and dynamic interactive behaviours and methods for the realization of value demands; and the occurrence of interactive activities will further influence the enterprise through two key paths, namely the iterative approach and organisational learning, so that the enterprise can more quickly form valuable and innovative products and services.
