This book is the result of the video monitoring and satisfaction research team of Zhejiang University of Media and Communication. The team obtained big data of user comments such as online news, Weibo, forums, bullet screens, WeChat public accounts, video websites, and Douban movie websites, applied artificial intelligence technology to conduct semantic analysis, calculated the praise and depreciation, and became a quantitative indicator of user satisfaction with film and television products.
