中国社会科学院人类学年刊是社科院民族所的连续出版物，由知名蒙古族人类学专家色音主编，本年刊由人类学理论、田野调查、书评等栏目组成，作者主要是民族所社会文化人类学研究室的学者，也包括全国的部分人类学学者，选编十分严谨，在人类学理论的介绍上颇有新意。
Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Annual of Anthropology is a continuous publication of the Institute of Ethnology, CASS, edited by the well-known Mongolian anthropologist, Seyin. This annual consists of columns on anthropological theories, field surveys, book reviews, etc. The authors are mainly scholars from the Research Office of Socio-Cultural Anthropology of the Institute of Ethnology, and some anthropological scholars from all over the country, and the selections are very strict, and the introduction of anthropological theories is quite innovative.
