Zhu Weidong:（著）

Zhu Weidong,native of Runan County,Henan Province,doctor of law,is a professor and senior researd fellow at the Institute of West Asia and African Studies,Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.Since 2008,he has been a postdoctoral fellow at Cambridge Law School and a visiting fellow at the Law School of Seoul National University.He has been awarded as the Excellent Young Teacher of Hunan Province,the candidate of the third level of the“121 Talent Project”of Hunan Province,and the expert to enjoy the special government allowances issued by the State Council.He has published 8 monographs and translated works on African laws in domestic and foreign publishing houses,and has published over 200 papers in West Asia and Africa,Journal of African Law,Penant,Journal of South African Law,Journal of Private International Law,Yearbook of Private International Law and Journal of International Arbitration,etc.He was also responsible for 3 national social science research concerning African laws,and 2 research projects of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' China-Africa Joint Research Plan.He is standing director of China Private International Law Society,director of Chinese Minority Law Association,African History Association,and China Asia-Africa Association,editor of Cambridge Journal of China Studies,international advisory board member of Journal of Law,Society and Revelopment.

Wang Qiong:（著）

Wang Qiong,native of Shangqiu,Henan Province,is a doctor of law,Renmin University of China Law School,and a postdoctoral fellow,Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Institute of Law.She is now an associate professor at the Institute of West Asia and African Studies,Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,engaging in studies of Middle East and African politics,Middle East and African law,Middle East and African hot issues and international law.She has published over 60 papers in Justice of China,People's Justice,Law Journal,People's Tribune,West Asia and Africa,Arab World Studies,Academic Exploration and The Contemporary World,etc.She has published several monographs and co-authored several books.Her major works include Legal System in Western Asia and Africa(Law Press,2013),Empiri cal Study on Fine Punishment(Law Press,1st edition,2009),and Legal Analysis of Judges' Discretion(1st edition,2012,co-authored).In addition,she is also a researcher of Center for Restructuring and Merger Research,Beijing Jiaotong University,and China Middle East Law Research Center.

Wang Ting:（著）

Wang Ting,native of Haikou,Hainan Province,received bachelor of arts and master of law degrees at Beijing Technology and Business University in 2014 and 2017,and is currently studying for a doctorate degree in law at the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.Her main primary research covers the African laws and African international relations.She has published a number of Chinese and English papers,translations and short essays in ModernManagement Science,International Business Daily and Cambridge Journal of Chinese Study.In addition,some of her papers and translations are accepted to be published in West Asia and Africa,African Law Review and Review of International Law and Comparative Law.This report is written by Zhu Weidong,Wang Qiong and Wang Ting.“The legal issues encountered by the citizens of African countries in China”and“China-Africa criminal judicial assistance treaties”are written by Wang Qiong,“China-African bilateral tax treaties”is written by Wang Ting and the other parts are all written by Zhu Weidong,who also drafts the structure of the report,integrates the content of the report,and finalizes the report.
