This book is a treatise on the frontier issues of network information crime and Internet financial crime in the judiciary, which is elaborated from six aspects: crimes infringing on citizens' personal information, crimes endangering network system security, malicious fraud, Internet payment crimes, Internet finance crimes and new types of network crimes, aiming to study and dissect typical cases that have occurred in judicial practice in recent years by tracking and evaluating the application of new crimes in the criminal law, and characterizing the criminal law of the behavior of web crawlers to obtain data. Discuss hot and difficult issues such as the identification of property crimes and economic crimes under new payment methods, reveal the judicial face of cybercrime, and contribute to promoting the governance of China in this field and the voice of China in the international study of criminal law.
