席月民，男，河南灵宝人，中共党员，法学博士，现任中国社会科学院法学研究所经济法室主任，兼中国社会科学院研究生院法学系副主任和法硕办主任，副研究员。目前社会兼职主要有中国经济法学研究会理事、中国银行法学研究会常务理事和学术委员、北京市经济法学会副会长以及中国法律咨询中心专家委员会委员。研究方向：经济法基础理论、财税金融法和国有资产法。目前，已公开发表专业论文60余篇，出版著作10余部，参加和主持国家级和省部级重点课题研究10余项。代表作：《国有资产信托法研究》（中国法制出版社2008年版）。

娄丙录:（主编）

娄丙录，男，河南新乡人，中共党员，现任河南大学法学院党委书记、教授，经济法学科牵头人，兼任中国经济法学研究会理事，河南省法学会经济法学研究会副会长。研究方向：竞争法、产品质量法和涉外经济法。近年来在《政法论坛》、《法律科学》等学术期刊上发表论文20余篇，主持省部级课题4项，出版《经济法学》、《国际经济法学》等专著、教材五部。代表作：《论反垄断法之宽恕制度》（《政法论坛》2009年第3期）。
