2017年10月13-15日，全国马列文论研究会第34届年会暨“当代中国马克思主义文论研究的理论创新”学术研讨会在辽宁丹东召开。此次会议及此会议论文集的出版，是全国马列文论研究会认真学习贯彻习近平系列重要讲话精神，按照“立足中国、借鉴国外、挖掘历史、把握当代、关怀人类、面向未来”的思路，建构具有中国特色、中国风格、中国气派的21世纪中国马克思主义文论话语和价值体系所作出的又一次的努力和尝试。

On October 13-15, 2017, the 34th Annual Conference of the National Society for Marxist-Leninist Literature and Theoretical Innovation of Marxist Literature in Contemporary China was held in Dandong, Liaoning Province. This conference and the publication of the proceedings of this conference are the result of the National Society for Marxist-Leninist Literature and Theory seriously studying and implementing the spirit of Xi Jinping's series of important speeches, and building a 21st century Chinese Marxist literary discourse and values in accordance with the idea of “basing on China, borrowing from foreign countries, digging up history, grasping contemporary times, caring for human beings, and orienting to the future”, and the Chinese style and style of the 21st century. This is another attempt to construct a Chinese literary discourse and value system with Chinese characteristics, Chinese style, and Chinese flavor in the 21st century in accordance with the spirit of the important speeches of China and foreign countries.
