This book focuses on China's rural development during the 14th Five-Year Plan, which is the first five-year planning period linked with the rural revitalization strategy, during which consolidating the achievements of building a moderately prosperous society in rural areas in an all-round way, comprehensively implementing the rural revitalization strategy, and promoting high-quality rural development are the main lines of China's rural development.Based on the target values of key indicators, combined with the phased changes and new situations facing rural development in the future, this book should take "one main line, one guarantee, and four major priorities" as the general idea during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, take the main goals as the guide, actively implement the echelon promotion strategy of agricultural and rural modernization with Chinese characteristics, and open the road to rural revitalization in the post-moderately prosperous era. 经济学博士，中国社会科学院农村发展研究所所长、研究员、博士生导师，第十三届全国人大农业与农村委员会委员。兼任中国社会科学院城乡发展一体化智库常务副理事长，中国城郊经济研究会、中国林牧渔业经济学会会长，中央农办、农业农村部、民政部、北京市、山东省、广东省等决策咨询委员会委员。主要研究领域：区域经济学和发展经济学。
