本报告以西藏自治区的扶贫进程及其取得的显著成效为背景，以墨脱县的扶贫实践为案例，梳理、分析并记录了墨脱县在脱贫攻坚中取得的成就、经验和重要意义。

This report takes the course of poverty alleviation in the Tibet Autonomous Region and its effective achievements as the background,and the practice of poverty alleviation in Medog County as the case.It also sorts out,analyzes and records the achievements,experience and significance of the victory in poverty alleviation in Medog County,Tibet.
