本书紧扣中国面临环境危机的现实,把握生态文明建设和国家治理体系建设的要求,在当前中国整体不具备有效实施“治理”的条件下,采用“策略一关系”的研究路径,不纠缠于环境治理的障碍,而是策略性地将传媒这一重要力量设置为行动者,在分析中国环境治理中传媒“出场”的机会、条件及必要性的基础上,从国家与社会合作而非对立的框架出发,系统研究传媒如何在现有结构和制度的隙缝之间,以策略的、能动的话语实践去发现环境治理存在的空间和发展契机,去促使环境治理网络的生成和共同环境治理行动的产生,并对支撑传媒展开话语实践的传媒制度予以适当想象。

This book closely grasps the reality of China's environmental crisis, grasps the requirements of ecological civilization construction and national governance system construction, adopts the research path of "strategy-relationship relationship" under the current conditions that China as a whole does not have effective implementation of "governance", does not entangle itself in the obstacles of environmental governance, but strategically sets the media as an important force as an actor, and starts from the framework of cooperation between the state and society rather than confrontation on the basis of analyzing the opportunities, conditions and necessity of media "appearance" in China's environmental governance.
