2023年是“一带一路”倡议提出十周年。十年来，本着共商、共建、共享的原则，共建“一带一路”取得巨大成就。欧洲是共建“一带一路”的重要参与者，中欧学术和智库交流是促进双方民心相通的重要方式。本书对“一带一路”倡议的过去、现状和未来进行深入、全面的考察，涵盖了政治、经济、科技、历史、考古、国际关系等诸多领域。本书由中国和欧洲学者共同完成，不仅是中国社会科学院和塞浦路斯欧洲大学之间长期友谊和合作关系的见证，也是中欧智库交流和民心相通的具体成果。

The year 2023 marks the tenth anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative. Over the past 10 years, based on the principle of “common business, common construction and sharing”, the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative has made great achievements. Europe is an important participant in the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative, and Sino-European academic and think-tank exchanges are an important way to promote people-to-people communication between the two sides. This book is an in-depth and comprehensive examination of the past, present and future of the Belt and Road Initiative, covering a wide range of fields such as politics, economics, science and technology, history, archaeology and international relations. Jointly completed by Chinese and European scholars, this book is not only a testimony to the long-term friendship and cooperative relationship between the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the European University of Cyprus, but also a concrete result of Sino-European think tank exchanges and people-to-people exchanges.
