中国的扶贫开发，是中国道路、中国经验和中国发展模式的重要组成部分，是人类社会扶贫的一个成功样板。脱贫攻坚是2020年代表热议的话题之一。十八大以来，我国扶贫事业进入迅猛推进和攻坚阶段，减贫成就举世瞩目。近十年来，每年均有1500万人左右实现脱贫，2020年中国将基本消除贫困，进入全面建成小康社会的收官之年。本报告系统回顾中国扶贫开发的历程，总结过去数十年中国扶贫开发的做法和经验，考察中国精准扶贫的实践模式，讨论和分析中国减贫的成效及其对世界减贫事业的贡献。

China's poverty alleviation and development is an important part of China's road, China's experience and China's development model, and a successful model for poverty alleviation in human society. Poverty alleviation is one of the hot topics discussed by delegates in 2020. Since the 18th National Congress, China's poverty alleviation cause has entered a stage of rapid advancement and tackling tough problems, and the achievements in poverty reduction have attracted worldwide attention. In the past decade, about 15 million people have been lifted out of poverty every year, and by 2020, China will basically eliminate poverty and enter the final year of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way. This report systematically reviews the process of China's poverty alleviation and development, summarizes China's practices and experiences in poverty alleviation and development in the past decades, examines China's practice model of targeted poverty alleviation, and discusses and analyzes the effectiveness of China's poverty reduction and its contribution to world poverty reduction.
