Since the outbreak of the international financial crisis in 2008, Chinese enterprises' outward direct investment has grown rapidly, but various cases of investment setbacks and even failures have also occurred frequently. It has become an urgent task to comprehensively sum up the lessons learned from Chinese enterprises' overseas investment and study how to better protect the overseas investment interests of Chinese enterprises.
