中国和伊朗共建“一带一路”的新机遇与风险评估

中国和伊朗友好交往的历史和相互需求的现实为双方共建“一带一路”打下了坚实的基础，并使伊朗成为“一带一路”建设中的重要支点国家。中国和伊朗经济互补性强，并且有长期合作的基础和共同的发展需求，有利于双边共建“一带一路”。中伊全面战略伙伴关系的确立将中伊关系推向新高度，双方共建“一带一路”迎来了新机遇。中伊共建“一带一路”也面临着严峻的现实问题，困难和风险不容忽视。抓住新机遇，从问题入手，控制风险，是中国和伊朗共建“一带一路”的关键。

Abstract: The history of friendly exchanges between China and Iran and the reality of mutual needs have laid a solid foundation for the two sides to jointly build the "Belt and Road" and made Iran an important fulcrum country in the construction of the "Belt and Road". China and Iran have strong economic complementarity, and have a foundation for long-term cooperation and common development needs, which is conducive to bilateral joint construction of the "Belt and Road". The establishment of the China-Iran comprehensive strategic partnership has pushed China-Iran relations to a new height, and the two sides have ushered in new opportunities to jointly build the "Belt and Road". China-Iran jointly building the "Belt and Road" is also facing severe practical problems, and difficulties and risks cannot be ignored. Seizing new opportunities, starting from problems and controlling risks is the key to China and Iran jointly building the Belt and Road Initiative. 陆瑾，北京大学波斯语言文学专业本科，德黑兰大学波斯语言文学专业硕士和博士。现任中国社会科学院西亚非洲研究所副研究员、海湾研究中心副秘书长，主要从事中东国际关系和伊朗问题研究。发表了《鲁哈尼政府外交政策与地区稳定》《试析鲁哈尼“重振经济”的路径和制约——兼议哈梅内伊的“抵抗型经济政策”》《历史与现实视阈下的中伊合作：基于伊朗人对“一带一路”认知的解读》《“一带一路”视角下中国与伊朗的经济合作》等数十篇论文及研究报告，出版专著有《利玛窦〈中国纪〉波斯文本研究》（波斯语）和《伊朗——东西方文明的汇合点》等。
